PLANNING ANY HOME PROJECTS?

Please remember that any projects that change the exterior look of your home need to receive ACC approval first. The form can be found here.
What kind of projects? Projects such as building a swimming pool, playscape, adding/removing trees from your landscaping, borders around your trees and landscaped areas, changing color on the exterior of your home, adding, upgrading or moving a fence, etc.
